Can't change characters

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I try to change characters and it just sits there saying "Loading..." I let it sit that way for 30 minutes.
I know there is/was a queue to log in, but why is swapping characters having such massive issues?

    same for me , CAN'T CHANGE CHARACTERS

    Same for me. I can create a new character and load in fine but the play button is grayed out for my existing characters and they wont load up on the character select screen.

    Same here, I am unable to load any toon after the 1st initial change

    same here. I opened a ticket this morning. Only way for me to play is to start a new character

    I can't load any character except whatever one is at the top of the list, I've also made a ticket #316948
