Assault on Terek Nor TFO Bug

This bug has probably already been reported but I couldn't find anything about it on google so I'm posting it here just incase. I was doing random advanced queues and it selected the assault on terek nor ground TFO for me but I got immediately timed out like so many times before, back to the login screen, tried logging back in but wouldn't accept my password, I exited the game then realized I had my capslock on which is why my password wasn't being accepted. Logged back into the game and chose normal login as always and it put me back in the assault on terek nor TFO in the starting transporter room and despite standing on the transporter pads for many minutes, the damn thing wouldn't put me into the fight and I was stuck in that room the entire mission while my team progressed as usual throughout the mission. When my team finally beat the TFO it slapped me with an afk penalty for not participating and gave no rewards AND it gave me that 30 minute penalty for every TFO before I could do another one. I mean I was never afk during the damn mission so I shouldn't have received that 30 minute cooldown penalty, it's not my TRIBBLE fault the stupid game refused to transport me into the fight, fix it!
