Anyone notice the Olympic class inside ESD is now MIA? The map in Quinn's office says she's there but you actually look out at the ships in the docking area and... no Olympic.
I'm not calling it a bug or anything. I was just curious.
Side note: I actually enjoyed it when the Devs would sometimes change up the docking area in ESD when a new ship was released that could fit inside. Made the station feel more alive. Kinda wish the shipyard at Qo'nos got the same treatment too.

While I would agree the Olympic is in BAD need of a remodel... I'd honestly say give the Nova a quality pass first. Its model is already more canon than the Olympic. Touch it up, maybe give it access to the Intrepid hull material, make a T6... she'll be perfect then. And I'd love to see her showcased in ESD like they used to do. Kinda tired of seeing the Hestia.
I think it was Tacofangs who used to swap ships in and out, usually when new ships were released to showcase the new hotness and just change it up a bit.

It'd be nice to see that again.
So do you think we might see the new T6 Mirror Warship at ESD? I admit it's a cool idea to showcase the new shinies, and let people see what they really look like in-game. This could also reduce the possibility of buyer's remorse and general kvetching.
Also, I would be thrilled with a T6 Olympic!

It was never for lockbox ships. It was always either C-Store or event ships like when we were getting the Ambassador class years ago.
And they could showcase the new T6 Vo'Quv in the Qo'nos Shipyard. Probably would have to replace the Bortasqu' though due to size.

Trying to think back... I believe they only put C-Store ships at ESD.

They did put the Ambassador in there too, and at the time it was pretty much an Event ship.
^^^
Yes, but everyone could easily get that ship. Not so with any Lockbox ship.

Those could have fit.
