Gameplay Bug Report - [Request Received]: 306374: Nukara Web Mines Gone

I claimed the Nukara web mines on my character Galan. I then claimed 10 Phoenix Prize Boxes and used the contents to make Upgrades. I then upgraded the Mines to MK XV, switched characters, switched back and the mines were gone from my inventory.
