Can't change Jem Hadar clothes, and what happened to the red alert?

I am on PS4, can't change Jem Hadar toons clothing. I choose what he wears and when I go to "save changes" it puts him back in the uniform he was wearing before. I have an open ticket but there's been no response. Before the update with the Klingon storyline, there was a working red alert that wasn't supposed to expire until 9/10/2020 and I had one red alert left. After the update all of my progress was erased and it's back at one. When I did the red alert after it was set back to 1, the notification in the chat box said I'd only done one red alert instead of five because that would have been the 5th, and then the screen said I did two. Just to recap, the red alert progress was reset before the time limit was up, then when I did what should've been my 5th red alert (earning me the reward), the notification said it was my first red alert for that event but the screen was on number 2 (not 1 or 5).

    Sorry can't assist with the tailor issue you are experiencing, however the tailor has been an issue for quite some time on PC, so looks to be the same or similar issue on console too.
    In relation to the red alert event. This was acknowledged and a statement was released via twitter.
