Inquiry-class battle cruiser box opened on KDF aligned Reman

I have 2 inquiry-class battle cruisers bound to my KDF aligned Reman and one box unpacked all the way when it shouldn't have because of the allegiance. Submitted initial report to GM ticket number 292605.

    I have been trying since Tuesday to get this issue resolved. When the new Promo pack went live the known issues of the new T6 Inquiry-class Battlecruiser becoming character bound during that time as well there were large amounts of rubber banding and disconnects on the server one of which caused an unintentional opening of one of the T6 Inquiry-class Battlecruisers I had received on a KDF aligned Reman. This is not the first time I have tried and recieved promo packs then again the server wasnt working properly and the KDF aligned reman should never have been able to open the pack in the first place.
