I've been building a Phaser build for my main ship and noticed something with the three set bonus for QPC, which is giving me the Quantum Destabilizing Beam which deals 0 Phaser damage?

Is there a cap I'm not aware of or is this just a text bug?

Edit: Apparently it was a text bug, because now it's giving me a number.
