Unable to claim most items and all ships from Gamma Vanguard Pack

Posting at the request of a GM. Here are our exchanges so far. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, please let Cryptic know!

I just remembered this, and think that it might possibly have something to do with this problem. I accidentally tried to purchase the Gamma Vanguard Pack twice. I originally purchased it upon its release in 2018, and had forgotten I had done so, and tried to purchase it again through the Arc website recently and the cart was automatically emptied and I was given a message stating something along the lines of the item had been removed from the cart because I already own it.
Perhaps the solution to this issue (if you are able) is to "un-purchase" (or refund or take it away) it from my account, then either you or I can "re-purchase" it to my account (either I can buy it again if I am issued a refund, or perhaps you can "re-purchase" it for me on your end without any money needing to be exchanged).

Thank you for helping me with this issue. Here is a list of the items I am unable to claim from the Gamma Vanguard Pack:
-Jem'Hadar Vanguard Heavy Raider
-Jem'Hadar Vanguard Dreadnought Cruiser
-Jem'Hadar Vanguard Warship
-Jem'Hadar Vanguard Carrier
-Jem'Hadar Dreadnought Carrier
-Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier
-Cardassian Intel Science Dreadnought
-Cardassian Intel Flight-Deck Cruiser
-Cardassian Intel Escort
-Cardassian Galor Cruiser
-Two Large XP Boosts
-Three High-End Upgrade Kits
-Three Jem'Hadar Vanguard Bridge Officers
The only things from the Gamma Vanguard Pack that I *was* able to claim are as follows:
-Playable Cardassian Species
-Playable Jem'Hadar Vanguard Species
-Jem'Hadar Environmental Suit (this is added to the character's inventory upon claiming the Gamma Vanguard Pack from the Expansion Pack tab of the C-Store, and is the only actual "item" that I am able to claim)
-Jem'Hadar Tactical Uniform
-Title: Victory is Life
-Title: Plain and Simple
-Title: Engineered for Victory
-Title: Citizen of Terok Nor
-Title: Family is All
-Title: Gamma Vanguard

I am unable to claim any of the items that I purchased as part of the Gamma Vanguard Pack. Please take note of the following things in the attached screenshots. Note: these are being used as a single example; however, the problem is affecting ALL ships and other items that are included in the Gamma Vanguard Pack.
Screenshot #1 (CStore.png)
-The Gamma Vanguard Pack is clearly shown as having been Purchased, as well as claimed for the character.
-In the item description, it states that "The following items are included in this purchase:" and that one of those items is "T6 Jem'Hadar Vanguard Carrier".
-Another item included in the Gamma Vanguard Pack is "T6 Cardassian Intel Science Dreadnought - Damar-class" (this will be addressed in screenshot #4 below).

-The Jem'Hadar Vanguard Carrier [T6] is selected, but is unable to be claimed - the game thinks that it is unowned and needs to be purchased for 3000 Zen (despite the C-Store description clearly stating that it is included in the Gamma Vanguard Pack, which it also shows that I have purchased).

-This screenshot shows a different ship that I have purchased previously (unrelated to this issue) in order to demonstrate what it should look like.
-In the rollover description, it shows "Available" in the bottom-right corner, and in the bottom-right corner of the New Ship Requisitions window, the price clearly shows 0 Zen.

-As seen here, the Cardassian Intel Bundle (which includes the Damar-class ship as mentioned in the comments for screenshot #1) rollover text says that I "already have access to this item."

-Here, the individual ship purchase for the Damar-class T6 Cardassian Intel Science Dreadnought is not showing as owned, despite what was shown in screenshots 1 and 4.

-This shows the bottom of the text description for the Gamma Vanguard Pack and states where to claim the other items which come as part of the pack; however, when looking in those areas (the Personnel tab for the Bridge Officers, the XP Boost in the Boosts tab, the T5 ships in the Tier 5 tab under Ships, and the Tech Upgrade in the Items tab) none of the items show up at all. This is different from the T6 ships, which show up but the game thinks are unowned - these items at least appear in the C-Store. The other items do not show up at all.
**NOTE: I am unsure how to post screenshots in a forum post, but the descriptions of them should be adequate for anyone else who may also be experiencing this issue.
