(Possible Bug) Not-Free Ship Coupon

I've got a small issue. After discussing it with tech support, they suggested I post here.
So I had three 100% discount coupons & one 50% discount coupon. I had purchased the other three Support Carriers in the new bundle using 2 of the 100% coupons & the 50% coupon, using a Federation-aligned Romulan character.
I have thus far not been able to use the last 100% coupon to purchase the Vo'Devwl for some reason. I know that the coupon says that ships in the "New Items" secton of the Zen Store can't be purchased with the coupon, but then why did the other three ships go through the other coupons without a problem?
There was no error message. Quite simply, the button to use the coupon to purchase the ship doesn't appear when I select the Vo'Devwl in the Zen Store.
That 'use coupon' button appeared for the other three Support Carriers when I used the other coupons to purchase them, but I only have the 'Purchase Zen' & '3000 Zen' item-purchase button (greyed out since I don't have enough zen for it).
I tried to purchase the Vo'Devwl with several of my KDF-aligned avatars. I even had a look at the Fed-aligned Romulan character I used to purchase the other three ships in desperation. I did this by putting the 100% coupon into my account bank & switching toons, then taking the coupon into the new character's inventory to attempt the purchase.
I honestly can't say for certain what *date* I purchased these ships on. I believe it was around the 25th?
Any explanation or help you can provide would be very helpful, if nothing else than for my peace of mind. Thank you.
