Purchased item, not able to reclaim on Dilithium store for acct and not able to customize the outfit.

    Try Events - Reclaim Rewards, it called Terran Guerilla Armor. Though I earned from the event, not from Mudd.

    If you bought it from Mudd's store, that is where you should be able to reclaim it. Anything bought in the C-Store, regardless of what it is, should be reclaimable in the C-Store if the item in question is reclaimable. It would not move to a different place to be reclaimed, with the exception of ships.

    Its claimed on the toon that made the purchase, The item was bought for the account however and im not able to reclaim it on the dilithium store. Ticket submitted for that.
