New Romulus Reputation Missing

After the update on xbone this morning I couldn’t find the New Romulus reputation UI... It’s bizarre and i feel like I’m going crazy but it is definitely gone. Every other one is there.. Did I miss something.. I have pictures.. Already been mentioned.. I’d delete this if i could but it won’t let me
