Risian Ship Consoles not available for reclaim

I now have the new Risian Science Vessel, as well as the T5 and both T6 Risian corvettes, and the Luxury Vessel. However, neither the Subspace Wake Generator, the Enhanced Subspace Wake Generator, nor the Neutronic Eddy Generator are available in the Event Reclaim, nor the Dilithium Reclaim menus. I get the Soliton Wave Generator, but that's it.
