Missing Emotes,Missing Currency and account bugs

First My Character Odin lost ALL of his dillithium! Then ALL my unlocked emotes have returned to the LOCKED status on all of my characters even the ones granted via the anniversary have been locked back up! I had to replace the dance cupid and swish and baseball moves. I even did swing enough it said i got the OLD BALL GAME emote for my ship and it never applied. I cant double back and get the anniversary bundle emotes since they are no longer available! If says much this is my secondary account since my grinning skull got TRIBBLE back in early days of startrek online and could not be recovered. This ones has had bugs all over the board from graphics bugs to missing items now relocked emotes. I am here since i submitted via the game bug report got emails now I'am here since this is where i was told to go! They said was also sent to development team for further investigation but i have lost faith and hope things will be fixed since have reported via the in game bug report and until i paid for lifetime account never was taken seriously. The Grinning Skull one was also a lifetimer but could not be recovered so if that couldnt i dont feel these issues will be resolved anytime soon
