Space Reputation Trait Slot purchased but never received (confirmed bug)

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I went to my Fleet's Research Lab and purchased the +1 Space Reputation Trait Slot for 25,000 Dilithium and 100,000 Fleet Credits on Sunday evening. The transaction went through and I briefly saw the item pop up on the lower left of the screen but it is no where to be found in my inventory and no new slots unlocked on my Traits page.

I opened a ticket and GM Zildross confirmed the issue is the result of a bug being researched by the Dev Team.

Posting this here per GM Zildross instructions so others are aware of the bug.

    The slot would have remained locked until you switched map or beamed back to your ship, so it might be worth another look.

    Yep was going to say the same, if you stay on the research station they remain locked until you return to sector space, it like not being able to change traits while on the colony world or while on a mission map.

    Thanks, I saw that suggestion in my initial googling around for the problem and I forgot to mention, I swapped maps, swapped quadrants, ran a few TFOs, restarted game, and restarted XBox. Still not unlocked. That's when I opened the ticket and they confirmed it is a known bug being investigated.

    I also noticed in both the Fleet Research Lab and Risa Event stores that if you go in to purchase something and go straight to the item everything is find but if you go up and down the list the description displayed does not match the item you have selected. It's one off showing you the description of the item above instead of the one you're on. It doesn't start doing that until you start going back up the list from any point. Might be related. Might not be. Just something I happened to notice last night.
