Tour of Duty Progress and Admiralty Missions changed over night for one Character.

For some reason my Tour of Duty Progress of my Romulan character has been changed, I just do the Klingon, Romulan and Ferengy Missions with my Romulan Character, and because of that my Federation Tour of Duty Progress is always 0/10 because I don't need it anymore.

But when I loged in today my entire Mission Progress had been changed, my Federation Tour of Duty had been changed to 9/10 over night, and all my active Admiralty Missions had be changed to Federation missions with the Federation Tour of Duty 10/10 as the last Mission on the list.

Is that some kind of Database Error?

I have seen the client do wierd things when it runs too long and has memory corruption.
