Herald Transphasic Torpedo cant be Upgraded.

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
as the title says this torpedo remains the only torpedo that cant be upgraded.
Been a user of Perfect World Entertainment since 2009.

    Not the only torpedo I couldn't upgrade the Vaadwaur Cluster Torpedo that you get from replaying the mission (Oddly the first 1 does upgrade). Also we cannot upgrade the Voth Transphasic Torpedo. Then again the devs dont seem to like Transphasic forgetting to put Transphasic mines in the Fleet store or Colony Store.
