Dilithium ore keeps disappearing

Hello, I have had an issue with dilithium ore keeps disappearing. It usually happens after I claim the rewards from my DOF and Admiralty missions when I first log in. If I don't immediately refine the ore and exit from the assets tab on the inventory screen, I keep losing all of the ore that I just gained. This has happened with multiple characters and I have lost 8k+ on more than one occasion.
