The new Free Lower Decks Duty Officers claimed from the Z-Store cannot be reclaimed after dismissing them from the roster. The entry in the store says Purchased and stays grayed out. Should be reclaimable when you just wanted a first look of them but for the time being had to get rid of them for room in the roster.
