Has anyone notice that every time when you use the RED ANGEL suit it causes “Server Not Responding” issues. I have changed the gameplay proxy but same issues.

    No such issue with me. Has this been happening from the moment you got the suit? May I suggest you flush your DNS, reboot your router (or do a factory reset, which is preferable) to see if that helps.
