Game keeps crashing in Space maps

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
This has been especially a problem with my Jem hadar char in the mission stranded in space. Customer support told me to submit my incident ID here to investigate the bug. Thanks!

    In the Star Trek Online launcher, in the Options section, have you turned off On Demand Patching, turned on Force Verify, and then clicked on Save? After that wait until it is patched all the way. When assets on maps are being populated through On Demand Patching this is what usually causes the game to keep crashing in space maps. Thanks. :)

    Just tried doing that. It updated my whole game but unfortunately didn't solve the problem.
