Outfit problems

I want to make the MACO body armor outfit for my characters. I have the whole MACO set for each of them. One of my characters already has a full MACO outfit. But my other characters cannot get the option for MACO gloves or helmet. What is the problem? Why can't I get a full MACO outfit for my characters who have the full ground set?

    Please disregard, I figured it out. I forgot that I had to purchase the costume in reputation for five marks.

    Yea... they haven't made the MACO cosmetic unlock automatic like they did with the later reps.
