I did some testing and found a bug with the application of the 15% bonus to shield capacity from the Red Angel Armor.
If you equip the armor while your shield is already equipped, the 15% shield capacity bonus does NOT activate/trigger/count.
If you have the armor equipped, and THEN equip a shield, the bonus DOES activate/trigger/count.
However, regardless of what was equipped in what order, or even whether the shield bonus was previously properly functioning/applying, upon beaming down to a ground map with both already equipped, the armor's shield bonus is NOT activated/triggered/counted, until such time as you remove your shield and re-equip it.
I also noted that going into combat does not affect whether or not the shield capacity bonus is active.
This should be rather easy to replicate, to confirm my tests.
