After patch 7/16/20 game freezes when loading into different maps

You know how in the upper left hand corner of the screen. A lot of times it will show patching files when you change maps. I was away for a while. And when I came back. It would occasionally freeze while patching different maps. But now, after patch for 7/16/20. My game locks up after almost every map transfer. This also happens in missions and episodes.

Have you gone to the Options section of the Star Trek Online game launcher, turned off On Demand Patching, and checked the box that says Force Verify, waited for it to download the files, and then tried again? Having On Demand Patching on is what usually causes this problem. Thanks.
