Missing Cyclical Modulation Ground Weaponry bug

I did a buyout of the event The Borg Resurgence! Once I purchased the item. I received all the items, except the Cyclical Modulation Ground Weaponry. My inventory had plenty of room. But my Doff overflow bag had Doff's in it. I then noticed the Cyclical Modulation Ground Weaponry did not show up in my inventory.
