Bug: Torvan Dialogue

I must have read things wrong, I thought you were updating and improving the story for the Romulans with the legendary pack, or perhaps this didn't get applied to the tutorial.
Anyway Torvan still have a dialogue bug. It occurs during the tutorial mission where you travel to Khittomer. Just after Sela turns up and D'tan tells Torvan to (kindly shut up) and leave. Torvan has some dialogue about detecting anomalies in space and that you should investigate it.
This dialogue however is NOT in Torvan's voice despite the fact that the face on screen flapping its lips is clearly Torvan, it is D'Tan that is speaking. I had hoped this would have been fixed.
Oh and while we're talking about wrong dialogues there are three more examples,
1. The satellite installation on Nimbus in the room where you rescue Rinna and Slamek. The two other captives use the wrong voice, the female uses the males dialogue while the Male uses the female. However this is not always the case as it seems to depend upon who you rescue first. I have video of this effect.
2. Also on Nimbus Just after you complete the arena against the crew of the Snap Dragon (oh, and I preferred it when it was the Snaaaap Draaaaagooooon) Hassan the Undying's speech is doubled with a second speech from the prior version, so you get a double echo of the words slightly out of sync, would be nice if that could be fixed too.
3. Found another error. The end of the quest "Memory Lane" just after you beam up from Virinat and encounter the Tal'shiar waiting for you. The Captain of the Tal'shiar vessel is clearly a male yet the voice speaking is female. It is these little details that quality control should have fixed years ago.
