Missing Advanced Thoron Infused Beam Array MK XII

A few weeks ago when I was altering my setup to complete an endeavor I replaced my Advanced Thoron Infused Beam Array MK XII. When I went to re-equip my ship with the same item it was missing. I searched all of my other ships to see if it perhaps had gotten equipped on them, nothing. I checked my account bank, and character bank still nothing. At this point I am at a loss.
