New twist on Mail bug: Sending items to self

I am attempting to send items between characters on the same account. I opened a ticket with GM, and they suggested posting it here. Here are the highlights:

• All items are unbound. Not even account bound.
• I have tried sending to "character@handle", and also just " @ handle " (Verified I am typing it correctly. No spaces in the handle tag )
• Have tried every combination of with/without subject or message body.
• Yes, I am using a mail console. I have tried 2 different ones in Earth Spacedock, and one at Starfleet Academy.
• I have 7 mail messages in my inbox, and 10 across all characters.
• At time this started, there were 3 items in said messages total.
• I am able to send those same items to a different player.
• Same player can send those items back to me. (This is the work-around I used for unbound items, but account bound is an issue).

Anybody else experience this?
