Entwined Tactical Matrices stacking bug

I noticed that after the 'fix' for Assault Formation Theta was implemented that this trait no longer stacks torp spreads as it was intended to do. This change was not announced in any patch notes. This trait became bugged when the fix for Assault Formation Theta was put into the game. At the moment, ETM is only useful on tank builds to keep FAW up as often as possible. This bug, whether intended or not, highly effects kinetic builds, whether it be EPG or pure kinetic damage torpedo-mine builds - lesser so for EPG torp boats. Thanks for looking into this
