It's exactly as the title says.
I have the Subspatial Warheads trait equipped.
I fire the Nausicaan torpedo under the effect of Torpedo: High Yield.
The torpedo reaches its target without getting shot down.
Despite all of the above, no Isolytic Tear forms near the target.
