Admiralty - Ferengi Alliance not giving tour of Duty Rewards

So, I thought this happened the last 2 times I hit Tour of Duty 10 on the Ferengi Alliance but I screenshoted it this time to know for definate.

I'm not getting the 30k dilitium for completing the tour.

Anyone else getting this issue?

Are you aware the 30k is now given as a pool rather than added to your unrefined?
