[UNRESOLVED] Ticket #233201 "The Khitomer Discord" Broken

Hello, In the mission "The Khitomer Discord" I have rescued 15 of the 15 Civilians but I am not credited for 15 nor do I receive the accolade "Leading by Example". Thank you.

    Likewise - I've rescued 15 of 15 civilians (per the mission mini-tab) but upon beaming to my ship, my bridge officer says I only rescued 14. It's not recognizing that all were rescued. I ran the mission 3 times with the same result. At this point, I'm only running the mission FOR the accolade. The in-game bug reporting won't connect either, so I could not submit or find any other tickets on this.

    I can confirm this. Rescued 15/15 a few times now, but when I go to space it says 14 rescued, and I get no accolade. Sugihara is probably where it's sticking, since rescuing him is different than the others.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    Same issue here. I rescue 15, but only get credit for 14.

    I wonder if has to do with Ambassador Sugihara being injured before the Lower Level search and battle? 9KlIAJF.png

    Accolade "Leading by Example" is not awarded after the 7/9/2020 patch.

    Can confirm, is still bugged dispite patch-notes saying it should be fixed.
    Still only saying you only saved 14 when you enter the space map, dispite the fact you save all 15 on the ground map.

    Looks like the patch did not catch. Rats pajamas!

    It is still broken, 14/15 is awarded for the dil report from the bridge officer and the accolade is still broken too.

    Still broken as of 7/25/20 at 12:35pm Central Time. Brute force doesn't pop either (brute-forcing the lock to Jula).

    I'm wondering if they'll even bother fixing this. Bugged accolades is nothing new for them. The 2nd mission Fed captains get (Stranded in Space) has had it's accolades bugged for years.

    Still broken as of 21 August 2020. Dropped mission on several characters and re-ran the mission. Still awards 14/15.

    As a "bonus" to this bug that was supposed to be fixed but never was, another, thankfully much minor, one has showed up:

    J'mpok's ship in the last part of the mission is the new Klingon Support Carrier in the game itself, but still one of the MW cruisers in the cutscene.

    To any "community member" that closes this for bumping you are wrong. The ticket system closes the tickets and tells you to post all updates and comments here. A ticketing system would have continuous communication to and from the users and company. Since they never inform me of the status like they should I am updating my "ticket" here to let them know it is still broken.
