Better served BUGGED

I refer to the TFO mission "Better served cold" (if you didn't get it from the title...).
I was playing this mission exactly few minutes ago. The mission got stuck when the last prisoner ship transport had to span. We captured 15, lost 5 and we wait more than 5 minutes for the last one to span, practically running circles.
I do not think this is WAI, and if it so it's bad.
