continual disconnect with character since patch

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have 1 character, which either can't log or is thrown out after a few seconds. message is "disconnnect from server". He is a alien in the klingon faction.
Checked my other characters, none of the other 10 have any problem (no other "pure" klingon side chars only 2 romulan/klingon)

    update: character is female, name gora. has a b'rel
    disconnect happenend on ground/drozana. game also not register me moving around, after disconnect i am on the start of the area.
    no disconnect in space yet.

    Having same problem. Human engineer character, can get logged in and play in space, actual ground missions are fine, social area of Drozana constant disconnect after about 30-ish seconds.

    Not using proxy, North America, west coast.

    Can't even get into the game to see if any of my characters are bugged
