Bridge officer skill no match [solved]

Hello
I recently made a ticket to a bridge officer skill problem that didn't want to work.
I was advised to create a topic here and here is my problem:
I do have the necessary skill in my inventory, but when I want to teach it to my bridge officer, everything goes according to plan except that it is not active.
It's a very important skill for a scientific officer and it's a shame not to be able to use it, thank you for doing the necessary
