T'Liss Fin Decal cannot be removed.

The T'Liss fin decal cannot be removed. I hope that this is something that can be resolved easily. It's weird that the Refit variant has the option, since it has no decal on the fin! The original T'Liss does not have that option listed .

    It still has not been resolved, yet. It looks like the option was put on the Refit T'Liss instead of the TOS version.
