Not able to reclaim personnel that has been purchased individually on other characters on account. Receive error message of unable to complete transaction not enough zen.

Same here, when I logged in after the patch I was able to reclaim items I had purchase, but when I logged back in 15 minutes I posted this, I was not able to reclaim my items again, it showed I had to buy them again, (I did not buy them again.)

They know about the issue and is working on it.

Yup. Trying to claim an Aenar, & even though it says "Available" it's saying, not enough zen.

Previously purchased KDF Liberated Borg and Ferasan BOFF's no longer show as I have purchased them separate from the beginner packs which were not purchased.

Any news on this? None of my previously purchased Boffs can be reclaimed.
