Missing Federation Elite Starter Pack from promotions tab

A couple of days ago, I made a new character and I was about to claim a promotion for a Federation Starter Pack I got in January of this year from a SteelSeries giveaway only to find it missing.
I already contacted support, and they told me what like checking other tabs to see if I could claim the items individually which wasn't possible, which lead for me to ask about it here in the forums.
Some help and info would be appreciated
