Ive read that this is returning for pc is it going to be available for xboxone conesoles

    Everything that happens on PC version of STO, inevitably comes to consoles a few weeks later, or in some rare cases, at the same time.
    Be patient, I'm sure we'll see it on consoles sometime in the next few weeks.

    I purchased the Romulan Legendary Captain Bundle today and got nothing.

    The level 65 character boost package is in the Items menu of the store. The ship is in the usual place for T6 ships.
