Incorrect Zen Amount applied!

A problem that arose when I went back to buy $50 dollars more in Zen using the Arc app. The amount of Zen I purchased is 5000 + 300 = 5,300. I had a total of 16,000 zen prior to purchasing. After purchase, my zen total should have been at least 21,300. Instead the game says my total is 17,072.
This is not correct. How do I go about rectifying this? I am trying to purchase a limited time sale of the 10th Anniversary Starship Standard Bundle. I had to FIRST get my spending amount increased and THEN the incorrect amount of Zen applied? This needs immediate attention, as I paid and am expecting to use the product I intended to purchase. I have screen shots of the Zen purchases and the amount that is shown in game. Please contact me as soon as possible.
