To Hell with Honor rewards boxes that cannot be opened

I see others have similar issues, but here are my specifics:
During the first event, I used Legacy coupons to buy out the event on the 4th day. From then on, I was able to run once per day and received 8K dil, but it never went up each day. I didn't complain because 8K was 8K. During this event, I bought out the event with Legacy tokens on day 2. That SAME day, I was able to run the event multiple times and get 8K, 9K, 10K, etc all in the same day. Thinking it was "payback" for the first event, I then started running the next day and only received around 500 dil and an "Event Reward Box". Every day since that, I only receive boxes and I have not been able to open ANY of them on any character. I still run for marks, but would REALLY prefer dil/
