Lukari Repuation mission 2

When doing the lukari repuation (along with various others, including temporal/terran), the second lukari mission failed to complete upon reading the log, the 3rd mission in that queue has now arrived, and this has not resolved the issue.

    fixed it, accidently read the first one again, and that completed the mission for the second one.
