Is kinda broken. I wondered why my performance had been.. lacking.
Feds Maco Shield is busted.
It's bleeding 10%.
(bug report submitted in game except spelling corrections)
I searched the most basic search I could so I'm assuming this is unreported. The M.A.C.O. Resilient Shield Array (mark extras irrelevant this is base issue) should be 5% bleed/5% absorb. Is why I have always used Maco (and now adapted maco kdf) it has an effective bleedthrough of 10%. Adapted Honor Guard (bleeds 5% as described) works fine. Same with adapted maco (and original honor guard, both bleed 10).
I have the associated log if you want me to mail it or post it. BTW, I don't check here, or my email. So if you do need it or anything else from me, please let me know.

Also. I have not tested the ground I did not test any of the Regular Maco (the busted one) other stats, i have no clue if they're right. On anything (I assume they are.. might wanna have a double check while fixing the macos).
