Federation Pack PS4 Bug: T3 Advanced Heavy Cruiser unclaimable

This ship is part of the federation pack, which I purchased a while ago. I am unable to claim this ship in the shipyard as its greyed out with a price of -zen (which should be dil). Also switching ships in the view ship area causes the previous ship to show as the buy option when returning to this one.https://my.playstation.com/whatsnew Also, in the zen store it is not available to claim in the t1-4 area.

Based on the information you provided it looks like this issue is the result of a bug. I will forward these details to our development team so they can investigate further. It will also be helpful for you to submit a bug report on the official bug report forum to supplement the information I have already provided them.

Even if it can be reclaimed that way, I still am unable to purchase this ship. Even for dill, which I shouldn’t have to since it was included in the federation pack.

Thanks for the screenshot. Due to some game updates, tier 1 - tier 4 ships can be reclaimed from the Ship Requisition Store, which is why it's no longer reclaimable from the zen store. For more information, you may check the link below.

I kindly request if you may please provide us a screenshot when you try to claim the Tier 3 Excelsior Advanced Heavy Cruiser from the Zen Store so we can verify this. You may take a screenshot using your phone's camera and upload it to your computer, then attach the image to your reply here. Another method you can do is to follow the steps below in order to take a screenshot in your PS4.
1. Press the "share' button on your controller to save a screenshot on your PS4's Capture Gallery.
2. Connect a USB flash drive to the PS4's USB port.
3. On your PS4's Capture Gallery, you may see the list of screenshots you have taken in the game, select your screenshot and then press the button for the "Options Menu".
4. Select the option "Copy to USB Storage Device" to copy the image file of the screenshot in your flash drive.
5. Connect your flash drive to your computer and upload the files.

this is affecting all of my federation characters and i bought the pack a long while ago. i only recently noticed it because i was trying to complete the mod set bonus.

it is just greyed out, says this character is unable to purchase this item with a price of -zen.

I deeply apologize for the delayed response due to the high volume of tickets in our queue. I understand you are unable to access the T3 Excelsior Advanced Heavy Cruiser. If you purchased the Federation Pack from the Zen Store, you should be able to access the T3 version of the Advanced Heavy Cruiser. Do you receive an error message when you try to reclaim the T3 Excelsior Advanced Heavy Cruiser from the T3 ship tab in the Zen Store? Does the option to claim the T3 Excelsior Advanced Heavy Cruiser tells you to purchase this ship? I would like to help you out on your issue and in order to investigate this kindly provide additional information or steps you did, name of affected character, date when you purchased the Federation Pack, and amount of Zen you paid for the pack.

i have purchased the federation pack a while ago, but now since i've purchased the advanced heavy cruiser i can't access the t3 version which was included in the federation pack. i just want to be able to complete the hot pursuit set.
