Alliance Vanity Shield + Crossfield Vessel = No Dorsal Ship Name and Registry?

This one is pretty easy to describe - applying the Alliance Vanity Shield to the Crossfield Science Class ship causes a patch of white over where the ship name and registry numbers should appear...

    This is a problem with several vanity shields and not just the Alliance Vanity Shield when it comes to the Crossfield class of ships. I am not sure if it affects the shields that already have visuals connected to them and are not just Vanity Shields when it comes to that vessel though.

    Crossfield actually looks good in the Alliance Vanity Shield. Except for that registry problem.
