Issue using combination of Legacy Event Tokens and then Zen Buyout for Event Campaign II

I somehow have 2,653 Event Campaign II Progress, after doing a combination of doing one TFO, applying Legacy Event Tokens and then doing the Zen Buyout. I did the Maru event on one char, used 6 Tokens on another character, used 3 tokens on a third char (I didn't have many Tokens saved from back when,) and then used the Zen buyout (third char still) that should have put me at 2700 with points from doing the TFOs for slightly beyond the needed for that sub-Event item.
