Unable to open Cross-Faction bundle on KDF

As the title says, I am unable to open the Cross-Faction Bundle: NX Escort Refit Equipment on my KDF Klingon named Zaxial@xaxial#085. I bought it from the Lobi store and have been unable to open it in any way. I have tried right clicking and hitting open, double clicking as well. I have been able to move it around my inventory and even place it in the bank. I moved the item to my KDF Jem'Hadar and was able to open it. Once i did, i bought another bundle on my Jem'Hadar and moved it to my Klingon, still have the same issue.
