EV Suite Reaction Thrusters not working

I'm having a problem with my EV Suits, all of them. None of thrusters are working to get me to the Navigation Points. It is grayed out and not visible. If I turn off the EV Suit it will then start going to the Navigation point then stop of course when my character can't breathe. I can't travel to any Navigation points to complete the dilithium mining.

    Man! How do I drop this stupid mission!! This is still not fixed after many patches, what makes it so irritating is that the mission is NOT droppable, so it is constantly there on the screen taking up space during other missions, it been like this for over a month!

    Please fix this! PLEASE, PLEASE make this mission droppable!!

    What mission? Your comment does not make sense with what this thread is about.
