Groupees promotion still claiming PS4 account unlinked

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
Inputting the Groupees promo code still returns the error message: "The code you are trying to redeem is for PlayStation. Please link your PlayStation account in order to redeem your code." My PlayStation account IS linked. Arc's website doesn't exactly let me link it a second time.
