Hello, transporter effect issues on XBOX! Wrong era transporter for TOS character?

Hello,
I have a main TOS character on STO XBOX and I don't know whether this is a legitimate bug or just something the STO team didn't get around to checking it out however I have noticed that my TOS character once ending up in 24th Century has reverted to using the TNG era transporter instead of the TOS one and I wonder whether this is supposed to happen or not, the PC version doesn't seem to have that issue according to my friend.
