Very buggy hotkeys after patch?

Logged in for the first time after recent patch and many of my hotkeys were reset to defaults and the whole interface seems to be having issues, hotkeys triggering while I type in chatboxes and being changed randomly after I input a new hotkey, its often saying I'm entering an extra key like alt or ctrl when mapping a hotkey and I'm not etc. Anyone else experiencing this?
